  The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).   We liked everything. The location is superb right on the lakeside. There are two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds, although you could swim in the lake as the beach is steps away. Our room was traditionally furnished, the bed comfortable and the aircon very efficient. The bathroom a good size with a large shower cabinet, plenty of clean towels... was die leute sagen » everyday. Our terrace was very large with the view of the beautiful lake. The whole hotel and grounds were very clean. The staff friendly and helpful - The Hotel was situated right across from the Lake we stayed there mid afternoon till next day so didn't really get a chance to explore area but would definitely go back to this Hotel. The room had a nice balcony and side view of the lake it was beautiful. The room was clean and beds comfortable.Breakfast usual continental style but ok. We had a lovely meal that night in hotel - exceptional and not expensive. The staff even moved us to outside area because it was quite hot in dining room.

  This place is a Trastevere gem! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of all of the action (noise wasn't too bad, didn't have to use the ear plugs I brought).   Sehr gute Lage, wir hatte ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick aufs Colloseum. Von hier aus kann man viele Punkte in Rom, vor allem den antiken Teil zu Fuss erreichen. Das Restaurantangebot in der Umgebung ist beschränkt. Wir hatten einen Frühbucherpreis für 150 Euro p.d. das war für römsche Verhältnisse absolut ok. Alles sehr sauber, das Bad etwas klein.... was die leute sagen » Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Park - Die Nähe zur Innenstadt - 5min. Fußweg zum Colosseum. Zudem war man so freundlich und gab uns ein größeres Zimmer als ursprünglich gebucht.
