Ettore couldn't have been more helpful.I have never experienced any staff member at any place I have ever stayed who was more welcoming. I did hydro therapy for six days - a wonderful experience just floating in pool and an outstanding physical therapist. I think the upgraded rooms were much nicer but 40E more per night. Really miss Ichica relaxing and beautiful
