  Quiet place, very peaceful, yet close to nice beach and also the mountains of the Cilento National park. Nice view over the sea and lots of historical villages to see around. Giuseppe, the owner, was very kind, he surprised us with a plate of fresh and sun dried figs.   Maria Pia and Michel, who run this place, are two of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Warm, friendly, helpful and considerate (I'll come to that in a bit), they make up for all the shortcomings of the hotel itself. Once inside (and up the steep staircase), it is a wonderful experience. The people where very friendly and provided a lot of information about Naples and had good tips about the public transport.   Best meal we had in Italy with the best atmosphere for dining. The location near the ruins was fantastic. It also felt so much more relaxing - like a beach vacation - than Rome. Enjoyed the pool, the staff, talking to several other guests. Upon meeting Giuseppe a very heartfelt greeting and then shown our room. The room, shower and other facilities were spotless. After some rest we had dinner which was with exceptional service. Because of its location and the sublime patience of Giuseppe and his family any information on pompei, herculaneum and vesuvius is not only invaluable but very accurate. I sincerely doubt that any other hotel in Pompei could offer the - The hosts were charming and very helpful. We only spent one night there but the dinner we had there was absolutely excellent. The antipasti just seemed to keep on coming - all of which were absolutely delicious. You don't choose. They just bring it to you so I don't know if we just got lucky but it was one of the best dinners we had in Italy.   The hotel was amazing. The lads on reception were wonderful and they did make a massive difference to our overall mood once we arrived. The room was lovely and it was close to the airport - The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. Ok to get to airport from. 25-30 eur. Hotel recently reburshed and has secure parking.

  Wir wollten nur eine Nacht zur Durchreise bleiben, daraus wurden dann 8 Tage! Wunderschöner Garten mit Swimmingpool. Nicht weit zum hoteleigenen sehr sauberen Strand.
