From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us.
