The staff were very helpful and friendly and the shuttle facility was indeed a necessity due to the location of the hotel.
Upon arrival, I would have liked to have been told of the shuttle facility and the need to use it if one wanted to go to the supermarket for essentials or other location. This wasn't made clear at the time of checking in. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay

Modern and new hotel with spa and nice swimming pole, extremely friendly, attentive and professional staff. Though Hotel is in industrial, suburban area of Milan, hotel shuttle will take you to direct Rail Station so you can get by a train to the City center in 10min, smiling hotel staff will help you with tickets and information. On return from City, one phone call to Hotel staff and shuttle will be sent to meet you at the Station. Free and good Wi-Fi internet available in all rooms, available rooms for smokers :), excellent cappuccino. Room walls a bit thin, hearing whenever someone shuts their doors or passes by corridor - but this was not a big problem. Room service - good, nice big stakes with price of ~20eur.
A la cart restaurant - long wait, some 30 minutes required for meal order delivery. Luckily there is Old Wild West restaurant near by with excellent stakes and traditional American bbq.

Room was nice and modern. Shower was awesome. Staff got us taxi's quickly and were mostly pleasant. Free wireless internet was great.
A little bit further from the city than I would have liked. After paying 90 Euro a night for the room, I thought 15 Euro a day to use their parking garage was ridiculous. Walls were a little thin. You could here people buzzing in and out of their rooms.

Nice hotel with very polite and helpfull staff. The rooms are modern and well decorated. Free wifi and parking in front of the hotel. Overall an excellent price-quality ratio. Also the restaurant is recommended, altough it's not that cheap.
It's located in the outskirts of Milano in an unfriendly area. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the nearest trainstation, but it still takes you about 45 minutes to reach the center.

The hotel was very nice and modern and breakfest was very good and rich. Room was modern and coffe making faccility was nice.
The door was too thin, so voices from corridor could hear. Location wasnt good ( if travel without car) but transfer from and to the metro worked very good, after calling 5-10 min. They piked you up.
I loved the restaurant in the hotel, 'mirror'. My boyfriend and I ate there every night, and food was always outstanding. Our room was so comfy and staff were very kind and helpful.

The Staff cannot do enough for you. All desk staff speak great English. The Spa is perfect. The breakfast is 5* quality with every variation you could wish for. The spacious bedrooms. Shower is amazingly easy to work and always hot water from switch on. I can't fault this hotel. Others who complain about hotel being far from city center Hotel free Shuttle bus then train from Certosa Station to City Center is 45 minutes maximum. There is even an sos phone inside the En-suite bathroom. Also a red sos pull-cord inside actual glass shower cabinet.

It's ok.but for business,it's too far from Milan Exhibition.
The hotel has excellent facilites, the rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped as well. The abundant breakfast was always a perfect start of the day.
The location is awful, very far from the city center. We had to wait occasionally app.15-20 minutes for the hotels free shuttle service which takes you to the nearest railway station (one time we were waiting at the station 1 hour for the shuttle, and we didn't recieved any explanation or apology from the hotels crew). Furthermore, we have met the rudest waiter in our life in the hotels restaurant during the dinner.
Hotel accommodations were nice and the check in staff was very friendly.
Food was expensive and not very good. Wait staff was rude. Location was horrible. In the middle of a warehouse district that felt unsafe. Pool was not well maintained.y daughter cut her foot on the broken tiles.

The hotel is rather new and modern. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to visit the fitness room and sauna. The restaurant downstairs is ok with good service and reasonable prices, but nothing special.
Some residents were celebrating something at 2 in the night and since the rooms' walls seem to be built of paper, it was very loud and uncomfortable. They cooled down in 20 mins, but still.

Very modern, comfortable hotel. As we were passing by Milano only, it was perfectly located next to the a4. Easy to get in, easy to get out. Good cost x benefit.

The airconditioning in the room: noisy and too hot (difficult to switch down) and the windows could't be opened
The pool area although staff should be briefed on opening times front desk told us 10pm and we got thrown out at 9pm for a private function very unhappy and they did nothing to sort it out !!!!!!!
To far out of Milan middle of industrial estate no restaurants shops or bar areas any where never and hotel charges are very expensive 5€ for coke 10€ for small beer rip off !!!!

I have stayed at The Hub for 4 years now as it is close to the fiera in Milan.
This year the service has become very poor and the condition of the hotel is very poor value for money. The room 1211 stank of dampness and mould and when moved to room 8/11 the ceiling constantly leaked from the room above. I will never stay there again and I will no longer take rooms there for my staff who had room 611 and it also stank of dampness and mould. For over 400 euros a night it should be 5 star. Disgusting place and the management should be sacked.
The lady lowendy was a very good representative for the hotel in the reception area. but the room was not very clean.

Receptionists are irritated. Rooms are poor. Swimming pool is really small. The hotel shouldn't have 5 stars .... at most 3.
