The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were happy to let me off the hook with my very poor Italian. The location was close to a number of good restaurants and coffee shops. The room was warm and comfortable. The location was ideal for me as it was between the city and the conference I was attending.
The bed was a little saggy in the middle but after pounding the streets of Milan sleeping was not a problem.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Reception is very helpful, they have charges for iphone, and they borrowed us umbrella in rainy days.
A bit far from the tube station and far from the cental of Milan
The location was great. (15-20 minutes to Duomo by walk). The staff was very friendly. It was easy to find. I wonder why this charming hotel has only one star?! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. It is perfect for your vacation in Milan!
There was not a fridge in the room. And the Wi-Fi signal on the 5th floor was not so good. (But why do you need a Wi-Fi, when staying in Milan anyways?)
The room was very clean and modern. The hotel was close to city centre and public transport. Great stay.
The lift was a little small, but thats European living for you.
A little off the beaten track with some great restaurants and bars within walking distance! Our room was lovely and had a fabulous view of the city. Hotel is very close to both the tram and the subway so it is very easy to get around the city!
Clean and comfort. Quietly. Friendly woman on reception.
Far from the center, but that does not matter because of a good price.
nice friendly staff, very clean rooms
not exactly in the center, but reachable by 25 minutes walk. WiFi is very slow - the slowest I've had in Italy
One star hotel?! You must be kidding me! That is an awesome place! i will give 3 stars to it if you'll ask me! Friendly stuff (especially guys who work at reception), super clean room with auto doors (you use chip-card), air conditioner, tv, balcony and everything inside! fast internet and etc. Really close to center. 5-10 minutes by tram to Duomo and tram is right next to hotel. Good places to eat right under the hotel or you can also ask for voucher to get an discount at the restaurant which is in front of the hotel. If i'll ever travel to Milan again, for sure i will stay at this place !!!
Staff spoke very little English.
Simple, but airy rooms in nice palazzo. Friendly receptionist. Easy to get to city centre as well as Navigli neighbourhood.
It s a great place to stay if ur going to be out in the city all day and just go to the hotel to sleep. The lady at the front desk doesnt speak english but other staff knows well. The doors close at 9pm. So you would be given a password to punch in when u get back to the hotel after 9pm. Good location cuz its right next to the tram station. Metro station is 15 minute walk. Tram takes you to the Duomo within 10 minutes. Quiet and clean spacious rooms. Its a great hotel if you are not looking for luxury and wanna enjoy Italia for decent prices.
A bit chilly in the rooms at night. No AC. Only radiators
Good clean place. Staff is friendly. Close to tram 24 that takes you to duomo
It's not exactly in centro. Nice neighborhood though.
Gorgeous building
Rooms were very basic
A very nice little hotel, excellent for this price!
The reception is not 24-hours open
It was OK.
I had no problem with it, though it was not close to the subway.
Our room had a lovely little balcony where we had cold meats and cheeses. It was clean and very comfortable,
It wasn't at all 500 m from the station, I estimate it to be around 2km. The directions were poor at best. Not ideal if you carry your luggage and I wouldn't suggest walking around the hotel at night.
-A spacious room -Very basic, nothing fancy -Close to super market and tram stop for Duomo
-Bad smell in the hallway
