  The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.   We always opt to stay at B&B's while travelling Europe to remain budget friendly and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay here (definitely our best stay of the trip). The rooms were very large, clean and breakfast delivered to our room every morning was fantastic. Our room had a great sitting area, large VERY comfortable bed, two pillows ... was die leute sagen » and a massive bathroom. The B&B is on a busy street however the bathroom is closest to the road, so we couldn't hear a thing throughout the night - The location is very good. You can visit all the places on foot even vatican can be reached on foot by 30 minutes, colosseum in max 15 minutes etc.. But there are also bus and metro stops near by but i am sure if you take a map it is very easy to go on foot:). Room is quite big for italian meaning. We booked one double bedroom, and it included a extra room with 2 coaches and table where to sit and read or eat breakfast. Breakfast was served in the room every morning.
