  Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Rialto Brücke und wenige Fußminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet u. entsprechen total der webside des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut, allerdings kosten frisch zubereitete Eier ect. extra. Die Bar ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich... was die leute sagen » und hilfreich. - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Rialto-Brücke, daher hat man immer einen zentralen Bezugspunkt, wenn man zu Fuß oder per Boot in Venedig unterwegs ist. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter sind auffallend freundlich und unser Zimmer war inklusive dem Badezimmer hell, freundlich und sauber.

Very nice location for seeing Venice. 2 minutes from Grand Canal if you arrive on vapporetto, there is an excess to the canal near the hotel entrance (30 metres) if you arrive by water taxi. The shower worked well and room size was very good. The breakfast was good supplying ham, cheese, and sweet breads. Canned fruit and yogurt were also available. Overall we were quite satisfied with Hotel Bartolomeo. The location was very good. Close to Rialto bridge and 10 minutes from San Marco square.

  The staff were fantastic. Both young women were friendly, courteous and helpful. When we mixed our dates up and blythely overstayed, they worked out a way to accommodate us in their fully-booked hostel. The location is terrific. We were in Venice for the Biennale and walked to all the Pavilions from the hostel. We discovered it was quicker to walk... was die leute sagen » than take a vaperetto to the Giardini and Arsenale. We also enjoyed the very social gatherings around the breakfast table with women from all corners - The space is nice to be in. I liked the old building itself with marble floors, high ceilings, big breakfast room and nice living room where guest can sit and talk, it adds to the feel of the city. It was incredibly clean during all the 5 days that I stayed. The staff is very friendly. The location is central. It's a women only place, so if you are not looking for a mixed noisy crowed it is perfect.

  We stayed at the Venice h+h for 5 nights and it was perfect! We decided to spend an extra 100 or so euros to get an apartment instead of a hotel room and we saved a few hundred euros catering for ourselves instead of relying on the expensive restaurants of Venice. We stayed in San Zuccaria which was a 10 min walk to St Mark's sq and Rialto bridge but still not in a busy crowded tourist area. Overall - Location was excellent - close to St Marks, Rialto and the water bus stops at San Zaccarina. 5 mins walk from Coop supermarket and many restaurants and take aways. The apartment was very nice and spacious with two rooms and reasonably well renovated. Everything in venice looks worn down from the outside but once inside, the apt was very nice. Donatella and Elise were excellent hostesses and responded very priomptly to all questions and queries. Definitely recommended. Btw tourists to Venice mus

The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out. The room was simply gorgeous - exquisitely

We struggled to find the property on arrival, and were stood opposite looking a little lost when a guy emerged and asked us if we were looking for the B&B.
