  The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They were more than happy to give us extra information including good restaurants to go to and ones to avoid. They were especially considerate of the prices too as we were on a budget as I imagine most people are these days. The location was fantastic too, not even a 5 minute walk from Termini Stati... was die leute sagen » on. - Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was spacious and although the bathroom was not big, it was clean, towels were changed daily and it included everything we needed. Our room was situated next to the street, so we could hear some traffic but not very loud, we had no problem sleeping.

  Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. It should be more than a 2 star hotel for sure. At the end of my stay I asked if I come back could a discount perhaps be arranged and the owner said yes! Great stuff.

  really great value for price. We were at the turn of November and December. The room was clean, quiet, cosy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The heating worked and the water was also very warm:) location is perfect. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free. I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

  Great position to visit Rome, with low price. The boss gave us to come before check-in time, about 10:45. The room was clean, looks new and has enough space if you are all day out and you come in the evening (room with one double bad), Bad is good and new, but not for tall people. They empty a garbage which is helpful. Room has a refrigerator. Moreover, you can get to the roof, where you can enjoy the spectacular views of Rome. The room was tiny, but quite comfortable and clean.
