  Very close to Termini station (3 min. Walking) Has 24 hr. Reception so it helped us because we arrived late at night. Room was clean, towels were exchanged every day. Wifi was ok. The street is nice and clean. There is a good restaurant just next to the hotel entrance.

  It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well. The provided hair dryer worked well. - I liked 1) location - the very center of Rome. 15 min walk from Termini train station, the same time from the hotel to the piazza di Spania, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseo 2) room - high ceiling, nice floor, fresh air, aeroconditioning, exelent and modest desing - color of walls, funiture, bed. very clean. 3) bathroom - exelent. 4) staff - very friendly, speaking english. 5) tasty breakfast - coffee, juice, baking, cheese, ham, yougurt.

  We really liked the place! We are a toung couple (22-23yrs). The location is perfect. It is close to the termini station and fairley close to major attractions! The room was spatious an was always kept very clean! On the first day she gave is amazing tips and - The room we had was a little dark but well soundproofed with air-con, and the bed was king size and very comfortable and different pillows were found when asked for. MariaElise could not have been more friendly and helpful, with good advice on sight-seeing, travel in the city and great places to eat.   - sehr nette Inhaberin - grosse helle Zimmer - very nice owner - big and bride rooms - Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home. Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise. She delivered us breakfast every morning and cleaned the room each day immaculately whilst we were out sightseeing. The B&B was extremely close to the train station which had gr - Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.

  Location is absolutely great, all major sights are are reachable on foot, a lot of shops nearby. Staff is friendly, the room we were staying in was recently renovated and had a safe deposit box (with no additional charge), flat tv and a small fridge in it. Was only booked in for an over night stop between flights but would defiantly stay for longer great location for all sights and shops.
