  Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

Spagna Suites is next to to the luxurious shopping district with all the famous Italian designe - The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.
