  zentrale Lage - freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sprachen gut Englisch. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die nähe zum Termini (5 Minuten zu Fuß).   The New Inn was the perfect choice for staying in a central location in Rome. The "hotel" is located on the third floor (accessible via and elevator when one has luggage to consider). Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean with air exchanger - a much more eco friendly solution to staying cool. We were able to connect to anywher - The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia. There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.

  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room.   All considered, the place was terrific. My girlfriend and I got there late and it was dark out (11:30pm). Conveniently near Roma Termini train station, even with all our luggage it was not a problem getting there on foot [with help such as map or person] quickly. He helped us get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food options nearby.

  This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive.
