  We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The rooms were spotless - beaitifully decorated and such a comfy bed and was mad - It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.

  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

  Sauberkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter - Super Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar! Zimmer sauber u. geschmackvoll und dank Klimanlage und Zimmerkühlschrank konnten wir uns während der Siesta und der Nacht prima von den 38 Grad erholen. Fazit: empfehlenswert!!!

  The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. We never heard noise from the adjacent rooms, except whe - Fantastic central location - 1 min walk to Forum. Lots of good bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

Room very clean and big enough for 3 people. Breakfast is good. People are helpful although they do not speak a lot of English. Very convinient and has beautiful decoration. You can use the terrace all day and night, romantic, perfect for couples or even for group of friends. The hotel is very quiet at night even though there is a bar close by. It certainly is a good choice. I would stay there again.

  The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.
