Staff Nardia was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has it's old rustic charm. Nardia marked on tourist map where to visit and how to reach there. She called it "magical map" and truly it was. Although we have to place our luggage to another hotel nearby the next day after check-out, this didn't create any inconvenient as that hotel is nearer to train station.
