  Die ganz besondere Service-Orientierung: Wir fanden zwei im EG zunächst angebotene Zimmer nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack, bis wir dann ohne Aufpreis ein ganz wunderschönes Zimmer bekamen.   Unser Aufenthalt im Palazzo Stern war wunderbar und ein wahrer Luxus. Am Personal, der Sauberkeit und dem umfangreichen Service gibt es keine Kritikpunkte. Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal). Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).
