  We loved everything about this hotel. It is located in the perfect location in Rome. About a 5 minute walk to Vatican City as well as the Sistine Chapel. Within walking distance of Spanish Steps, Trivi Fountain and Coliseum. We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay from April 29th to May 3, 2013. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff could not have done - The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very well located, you are at walking distance of virtually all landmarks in Rome. If you happen to book a room with a 'veranda', you'd love the fresh air in the morning and the coffee outside. We recommend it for young couples, and solo travellers as well.

They can allow us for early check-in but since room with balcony is really full, they offer us room with inside garden view instead which is great also!!   Its rather an shared flat then the hotel but owner is really friendly, helpful and very polite Room was ok with aircond Breakfast was good - You pay little, you expect little - this is the best way to describe. Everything is quite clean though
