  Right by Termini station, which is great for those flying to Rome, as there are direct buses from and back to the airports; very friendly staff; independent and safe (really safe!) entrance to the building; room cleaned every day, towels changed, clean bed sheets soap/shampoo, etc. provided; air con; hair dryer; fridge; very quiet (no street/rest... was die leute sagen » aurant noise); TV (if you understand Italian); breakfast included (a typical Italian breakfast, a small croissant and a cup of coffee) - B&B Termini is run by very nice people who helped us with great tourist information. They also stored our luggage for us for the day and also for a week while we traveled elsewhere before returning to Rome. It is close to the main station - so an ideal location. The room is a bit squeezy with 2 adults & 2 children but it is fine for sleeping, clean, has a nice en-suite & good air-conditioning.

  There are so many hotels in Rome but we found DD Luxury House is the best!! Actually we were in a huge hotel before moved to DD, however the price, hotel facilities and staff service did not match the price and the ranking at all :( Thus we decided to check out for sure.   Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut (obwohl im Internet das Frühstück allgemein in Rom für sehr schlecht bewertet wurde).
