  This was probably one of if not the nicest, most charming hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Italy. The view is spectacular, and so well located. Super easy to get to. The owner and his mother were also very sweet and helpful. A bit hard to communicate as they spoke minimal English, but that's ok, - The historical location of the b&b in Grottammare's old town. The fabulous room decorated stunningly, with comfy bed, lots of space and plenty of cupboards. Beautifully appointed room and breakfast area. Outstanding breakfast in a fabulous environment! Loved Stefano's warm, friendly and affectionate mother. Plus, she made the best cappuccinos ever!
