The stuff is very warm and friendly. The location is perfect, near UFFIZ and the main street. The room is clean and comfortable. Will stay again when we travel to Florence next time.

Excellent location. Near Dante's house and walkable to most other sites. Grocery store+ on ground floor. Many restaurants and other amenities close by. Host was quite helpful with information and what food was available. Host helped with bags and arranged cab.

Cimatori is placed in a very good location. Domenico made us to feel very comfortable. Free Coffee and tea are always available in the charming kitchen.

The location was great, close to everything and safe for a solo female traveller. It was very clean and comfortable and the windows were effective at shutting out the bustle of tourists when needed but even then the noise was not at antisocial hours or unpleasant so no problems. Dominico and Valeria were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get tickets for the art galleries and made me lovely tea and coffee every morning and were able to answer any questions I had. They also recommended some good restaurants to me. Overall I had a lovely stay.
I don't want to say because it was such a lovely place but my shower was a little feeble.

Me and buddy from childhood went to Florence after visiting a friend in Rome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was practically unbeatable but there doesn't seem to be a bad location there as everything is within walking distance. 15 minutes is about the longest it will take from here to walk anywhere, very central
Beds didn't feel great but we are younger Americans and us being used to big comfortable beds and that we were out drinking vino late probably didn't help either

there is no lift, but according to the owner there is no lift in Florence
The location and the staff! Everything is within walking distance from the B&B Cimatori . The staff is awesome. Valeria, ( one of the managers) is an amazing person. Very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Dominick is also very nice. We enjoyed meeting both of them. When we go back to Florence we plan to stay there once again.
There is no elevator, but Dominick took our luggage to the room. No problem!!!
The location is really convenient, just 10 minutes walk to the main train station. The staff are really nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice, and the breakfast is not too bad!
This b & b is in a great location to see all the sites and is easy to get to. The owners are very attentive and welcoming. Our room was fantastic with original wooden beams and very spacious. Breakfast was buffet style and communal which was great as it gave you the opportunity to chat with other travellers. Good choice of breakfast items was available. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Florence.

Location, location, location! Cimatori Bed and Breakfast is located in a 600-year old building right in the middle of Florence's historic center that's easy walking distance to nearly all of the major sites in the area. We loved our stay there. Valeria and Dominic were friendly and helpful hosts and our room was comfortable and very tastefully decorated. We were traveling with a party of four and Cimatori offers a room with two queen beds, which saved us the cost of a second room. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with coffee or espresso, juice, milk, fruit, rolls and jam, and cereal. The only challenge for us (traveling with older parents) was the three flights up the stairs and no lift/elevator but the B&B were clear about that fact on their website. (I had forgotten) We would definitely stay at Cimatori again when in Florence!

The B&B is beautiful; the location is very close to the Piazza Signoria helping you to visit the centre of Florence and all the amazing buildings of art (Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, Accademia, Santa Croce, Duomo). The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good, even if it was a little bit poor in referring to the italian brakfast. However I'll choose again it for my next visit in Florence.

Too many stairs. Check-out time of 11.00am was heavily enforced. We asked to check-out at 11.30am or 12 and were asked to check-out at 11am. Valeria didn't give us the option pay in Euro on the credit card, when they are required to ask, so we ended up having to in AU which was significantly more if the payment was made in Euro.

There was not an air machine to Kitchen where the breakfast was served and was problem for the very hot days of August. There was no proofing nowhere with result to hear all noises from the other rooms.
