I will always remember walking into the lobby to the view of the firplace lit and the smell of peat logs burning. I wanted to sit and stay on those couches for hours. There was lots of water pressure in the shower as well as little extras (i.e. make up removal pads) in the bathroom. The view was wonderful and the rooms very well appointed. Having wi-fi was appreciated as was the breakfast and suggestions of where to eat for dinner.

There was lots to see in the area and many restaurants/pubs to eat out. The main reason for our visit was to see the area where my Grandfather had been taken as a survivor of the Lusitania sinking during WW1. Unfortunately the museum in Kinsale was closed so we did not get to see the information, about my Grandfather, that we had provided for the museum. The owners of the B&B were wonderful people and helped us any way that they could.
