  We were contacted prior to arrival confirming arrival,which was a nice surprise. When we arrived we were greeted at the door . Tea and homemade scones ready upon arrival and Alacoque & Gerry made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed.   Ideal location for golfers, people who fish, or anyone who wants to visit Athlone town. We were very impressed from the minute we arrived at the B/B to the time we left. The house was beautiful and our host was very welcoming and helpful. She did everything to make our stay good . This family run B/B has all any one would need and we would love to return. - Niamh and Ronan were very friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty. We used our towels and wanted to re-use them. Niamh left notes to tell us who used which towel. She was so kind. They recommended many different types of eatery and suggested pre-booking. We had 2 beautiful meals out in Athlone. The sat nav co-ordinates were spot-on.
