The food was - A wonderful luxury, 5 star hotel that was just great overall. The best place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Ireland. Large, comfortable rooms & bed, great food, attentive staff, with Bart at the front door everything just couldn't be better.

The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful.The food served at the wedding reception was outstanding - 5 star foodand service. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success.
