All of the staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful - they were absolutely great. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The free Wifi Internet worked well, the daily maid service (including washing our clothes) was fantastic (such a lovely lady), our pool cleaned and checked daily and the garden was maintained nicely. The Emerald Villas are in a quieter part of Sanur but only a few minutes walk away from the beach and the busier parts of Sanur with plenty of shops

I think people should be realistic about this Hotel when writing reviews. The beach and the sea have nothing to do with the hotel and are a part of nature if the sea is shallow there is nothing the hotel can do about it!
