On my last day of checking out, My actual check off time was 6 pm but my flight was past midnight. Upon request the front desk staff one Miss Jayashree gave me a complimentary extension till 9.pm. The staff was so cooperating, in fact we arrived at 10 am even if our check in was at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had made the upgrade to a suite room with a reasonable price, and made our room available soon..! They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.
