I have seen some other hotels in Mumbai in this price range and sometimes they are shockingly bad, but hotel is value for your money.

The staff is excellent, the rooms are comfortable (had a mirror atop the bed), and the breakfast spread is 5-star worthy. I forgot the name of the gentleman at the restaurant, but he has a better sense of hospitality and attention to service than the staff at a few 5-stars I have stayed at. Great job!
