  The hotel is opulent and classy. The staff is the best we have ever encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a leg rub and while my polish was drying , the young man massaged my neck... was die leute sagen » and shoulders. Needless to say after that experience, my husband and I looted for 90 minute ful - All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. From the first contact to the last contact - from the airport chauffeur right through to the chauffeur who dropped us off we felt very secure and everyone was very professional in their jobs. We could not possibly have wished for more from any of the staff. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.

  The staff really looked after me. They could see I was tired and immediately upgraded me to a suite that was extremely comfortable and quiet. Without even asking for it, 5 minutes after checking into the room, it knocked on the door and I was asked if I'd like to look at another room facing the backyard, with less street noise from the festival going on outside. That room was even nicer and I gladly took the offer to switch.
