Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat.
Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!

THis hotel is part of the Marriot Chain. All rooms are ' suites ',
very spacious, very luxirious with great attention to all details. The location, although not with a Danube river view, was 2 mnitues from the river and close to everything that would be of interest to tourist. It was my second time at Katona Apartments and it couldn't have been better!!! Janos (the owner) is a wonderful person, really nice and willing to help. My dad got sick and he found us a doctor really close to the apartment, so he was really helpful. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, clean and very well-located. You can feel like at home there. I'd strongly recommend it and I'll go back there for sure next time I go to Budapest, which is an awesome city
