The staff all speak fluent English and are very helpful. I was there with a group of 12 guys on a stag so we took one penthouse and one 1 bed apar - 1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street, very convenient. R

The breakfast in the morning is another highlight. - We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

The price we paid for a - We loved this apartment set in a bustling busy square... we were greeted by Tomas who was wonderful, it was our first trip to Hungary and he spent loads of time giving us recommendations for great places to go and things to try! The location was fantastic.. just a couple of minutes walk from the Oktogan Metro stop and very close to the main nightlife strip (but not close enough to be bothered by it).. We explored the whole city by foot from the apartment, couldnt have been better!

Totally fantastic service nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent accommodation First class staff - The staff was very friendly, to begin with. I had problems with my card when i made the reservation and they were nice and didn't make a big problem about this. The apartments were in the center, so close to everything and very very spacious and comfortable. They have everything you might need including an ironing machine and a hairblower and all sorts of stuff in the kitchen. We were very surprised we could get such a nice place, with such a good location with what we thought was a low price.
