  We have stayed in hotel 14 days. Very friendly and hospitality attendants! My wife had sharp pain and They helped to us with medicines even night time! Good vacation and spending a time for family with little child. Towels were changed every day and wet cleaning of the floor too! Amazing view on the sea and beautiful sunset! Good ratio between price and quality! - Very friendly and kind elderly hotel manager who met us with free raki and offered coffee in the morning. Wonderful surroundings, the apartments are placed in a sort of garden, with lemons and oranges growing on trees. You can see a wonderful view of mountains and sea.

  Der Besitzer Yiannis ist sehr freundlich. Er gibt Tipps und ist in allen Belangen sehr entgegen kommend. Ruhe und Erholung in der Vorsaison sind gegeben. Ein Bus fährt 2 Mal am Tag nach Chania, sehr empfehlenswerter Ort. Ein Leihwagen wäre sinnvoll, da Kalathas zwar 2 Supermärkte hat, aber kein Restaurant.   We stayed one week at Theodosia Studios and we really felt at easethere. The staff was very kind and always willing to answer our questions. The location was very good and strategical, since the hotel is in the middle of the region, at the same driving distance to the main sites in Chania, such as for example Chania City, Falassarna and Elafonissi... was die leute sagen » . We had a great holiday there and suggest it to everybody who doesn't like a luxurious holiday and enjoy his days in a simple but great way! - The welcome we received was wonderful - friendly owners and we were given drinks and a snack sitting looking across the bay. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a great sea view. The swimming pool was lovely. The lunch we had was delicious. We only stayed two nights, wished we could have stayed longer.
