The location is very good, only 5 mins walk from main train station and there are several tram stops and U-bahn stations within 5 min walk.   We stayed one night in a triple room with private shower and bathroom. We book actually a double room for two persons and get room for three for some reasons:) Really nice old building, the room was simple, but clean and nice. Again really good location, 5 min to Hauptbahnhof and approx 10 min to walk to the old town. The lounge/bar area was a good place to hang out, although it would have been better if people weren't allowed to smoke on the balcony. The location was great, very close to the train station.
