We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too
far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very
spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the
indoor swimming pool.

Staying in the hotel provides a very good combination of modern hotel features and good placement.. Our room was compact, bright and very quiet despite facing the railway. It was like in a silent movie watching through the window: train arrived, passengers went out, train went further.

Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel direkt im Zentrum Berlins. U-Bahn und Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel. Hotelpersonal und Hotel selbst waren freundlich und sehr sauber. The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. "Mitte", only 10 min. Walking distance to the Parliament`s

Hotel I31 is a great design hotel in a good location in Berlin. The
staff are very helpful and very personable. When we checked in I told
the reception gentleman that I needed a beer after a long drive and in
less than 30 seconds I had a cold beer in my hand! I don't like a
big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for
Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me. However, if you are
interested in a big breakfast theirs did look exceptional with lots of
options for meat

The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts! Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm. Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the S Bahn station, with a lift from the street directly down to the platform.
Plenty of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, Particularly liked Tucholsky, Torstrasse 189. Be aware that they do not take credit cards.

Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
