Was die Leute sagen
Excelent location - about 20-30 minutes walking to Alexanderplatz.
The street is not very noisy and the windows of our rooms were in the backyard.
The rooms are clean, warm, there is a non-stop hot water, the bed is comfortable.
There is a Wi-Fi.
The hotel is very close to the subway station. The room was quite clean and good. The reception doesn't work 24 hours a day, so it's better to write to somebody from the hotel to be sure that you'll be met.alle bewertungen »
Located 100 metres from one of the best preserved sections of Berlin wall and underground links made this a great base to explore from. Rooms are excellent value but basic.
I liked that it was central to all you need to see and do in Berlin. Staff were friendly and great value for money. Will definitely book again next time I am in town!.
I have been going there for the last few years. Good people -- Hans is always helpful.
The hotel is ok for a couple of nights. Its not in a bad spot only 3 stations from the center.
- Separate entrances to reception and living area
- Cosy room.
Availably and kindness of late night staff.
The price was good but the rest terrible.
The opposite building is very close and everybody can see you if the curtains are not closed.
Floor and bed are old.
Smoking in local bars still allowed.
nothing, would not go if I did not like it.
The lighting could be brighter.
I had to arrange for someone to be on reception when I arrived. Others wern't so lucky and had to wait hours for someone to get to reception. The phones just had messages. Very frustrating no one being there when you need them. There is no lift and about 45 stairs to second floor.
- Administrator is not always present at his working place (only a period of time while check-in)
- Rooms are not cleaned every day.
No detailed descriptions on how to connect to the internet wi-fi that
was free of charge, no fresh towels in the morning.
There is nobody to help you and to give you safety. If you dont
have a mobile, do not stay there because if you have problems you
cant cal Anyone for help! If you are looking for something cheap,
stay in a hostel.
