We could enjoy the view from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony, where breakfast was served at the designated time (they left it covered with a towel). We didn't use many of the room facilities (the kitchen for instance) but what we used was in working order (shower for example).   As we have two very young children, we go for serviced apartments rather than hotels wherever possible these days. We had a three bed apartment (No 8). It was was modern, well-appointed, clean and quiet. We had unlimited access to the heated salt water infinity pool at La Reserve, which is truly stunning (note that they turn the heating off at abo... was die leute sagen » ut 6pm). There is also a nice spa and gym. It is a great base for exploring the Cote. The Menton-Nice bus stop is in front of the building. The Beauli - Lovely appartment with very well equipped kitchen. felt instantly at home. good location. even the church which was opposite didnt pose a problem with bells ringing. whilst it is quite expensive overall I think its worth the money. The residence is opposite the hotel, so the hotel staff bring bags park car etc, all were very nice and efficient. Would recommend La residence to anyone

  Stayed here for four nights. Location was excellent. 2 minutes walk to the front with a good choice of restaurants. 15 minute walk to the Palais. Staff and the owner were polite, friendly, helpful and arranged airport transfer. - Very clean and modern. Close to center. Friendly and helpful owner. Well equipped apartment.

Great location and well set up for five adults.Car park was a bonus in the middle of town.
