Was die Leute sagen
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've been to Paris several times, and this was a short trip at the end of our holiday in the French countryside. Firstly, it's a lively location, with trendy bars and hipster cafes next door to cram-packed african hair salons. I guess it might not suit everyone - the area towards the metro seemed like it might be a bit edgy at night (street market) but in fact wasn't worrying when we got in near midnight (rather sleepy in fact). From our room we had a. alle bewertungen »
The best booking ever: Warm welcoming, helpful staff always smiling (none is french), we were lucky with an upgrade for the same price which made our stay (3 nights) wonderful. The studio was very spacious, GREAT kitchenette, nice living room with flat TV, spacious and very QUIET bedroom with large bed and big cupboard. I appreciated very much the calm (3rd floor) despite the animated street. Also, appreciated that the toilet and shower were just in the entrance and separated from the rest with.
The place was brand new! It was very nice and cosy. As we were a family, we had a room for four which was two separate rooms with a kitchen and a bathroom and it was very convenient. The room was fully equipped with everything you could imagine (all new) and even though breakfast was not included, our fridge was full of all the necessary things to have a decent breakfast as a present from the management! The personnel was extremely kind, just perfect. Location is quite a few minutes from Sacre .
Spacious & clean apartment that easliy sleeps 4 x adults. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful! An added bonus was that the room was cleaned daily and there was a selection of food on arrival. Set on a bustling street with several cafes & bars within 100m and a Carrefour approx 200m away. Served by 2 x Metro stations 200m (Chateu Rouges) & 400m (Barbes) away approx, the center of Paris takes about 10mins to get too. I would highly recommend this villa, the views of .
This was a gem of a stay in the very expensive city of Paris. We stayed on floor 5 where the views to Sacre Coeur across the rooftops of Montmartre were outstanding. The fridge and cupboards were full of food and Bruno and Grace were delightful reception staff. The apartment was spacious, very well-equipped and comfortable. We had no issues with the area. It is lively and effusive down on the street but no one ever annoyed us. I must say though, we did not go out at night!.
The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was a bit
small but not unexpected by someone who's used to a nyc hotel room.
The mini kitchen was a plus. I was pleasantly surprised that they
stocked the room with free drinks and snacks like fruit, yogurt, cereal,
milk and eggs. This was a godsend for a first time visitor who arrived
hungry to Paris who was not familiar with where to find some food.
We are impressed with the staff. They are so helpful for everything you need to survive in Paris. The place is really new, just started the business in May 2013. The room is large and clean. The fridge and cupboard were full of some eggs, fruits, water, and etc. that we can have for many days. The kitchen with dish washing machine were perfect for cooking small and large meal.
The staff were very pleasant warm and welcoming, the location and facilities are excellent. We needed to stay for one night with small children and were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious studio space with a kitchen equipped with everything in order to prepare a meal. Also included was complimentary food and drink which was invaluable to us.
The hotel staff was willing to help with anything we needed, and went the extra mile. Special recognition to Bruno for this.
Our room had wonderful views of Sacre Couer and we appreciated this.
The already stocked cupboards with food prior to arrival was a great thumbs up for the hotel
General cleanliness was kept up.
I loved this place. It was clean and newly decorated. The staff were lovely. The view from our room was amazing and coming in to juice, tea, hot cholcolate, crisps, eggs etc was a fantastic idea. Really lovely place. Tiny lift but amazing. I would definately recommend this place and would stay there again.
Extremely friendly staffs , very helpful too.
Room is cleaned everyday .
Supply of food & beverages in our kitchenette as well as at the reception area when using the wifi.
Location is good, very near to the main station ie Gare de Nord, and in the area of Montmarte .
Near to laundry and te Metro station .
Great Apartments all brand new with very nice decor!
As a hotelier myself, there is nothing to fault here!
Sergio on the desk is super helpful and could not do enough for us!
Great value for money and very close to the Sacre Coeur.
Nice touch with snacks and drinks in the fridge.
Extremely recommended!.
Great facilities. Friendly staff. The added extras of having some food in the fridge on our first day. Good cooking facilities. Close to Sacre Couer and trendy Montemartre. The bus from Opera in the city drops you just past Montemartre cemetery then its a lovely walk along rue de abbesses to the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, only 3 min walk to the Metro. 5 min walk to Sacre Coeur with lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Lovely surprise as the fridge had eggs, water, juice and snacks! Room was really comfortable and clean. Would recommend this accomodation for a weekend break!.
We had so much more space than we were expecting! The kitchen was well
stocked with complimentary essentials including milk, coffee and orange
juice. It felt good to have a whole apartment to ourselves. Great if
you need a bit of space or are on a budget. The staff were lovely,
really helpful.
The staffs are really friendly, which makes us feel at home. The location is very close to Scare Coeur, and Monmartre where there are a myriad of interesting and creative shops. Besides, the room is really clean and they provide a kitchen with everything. You can cook there.
Location right near the Sacre - Du Coure basillica and an amazing little
french village. Our last day the family spent 9 hours at the basicalla
and the village and wish we had more time. The staff was incredibly
helpful! I would love to comeback here as soon as I can again.
The warmes welcome ever by host Sergio. Cosy studio with well equiped kitchen filled already with complementary needs like cornflakes, milk, coffee, fresh fruit etc. Newly refurbished and very clean. Nice paintings on the wall of a local artist. Warmly recommended.
Beautifully furnished room with an amazing view of Sacre Coeur. The fridge full of breakfast items was a lovely touch. Friendly management and incredible value for money. Only open since Early May 2013. Don't go anywhere else We adore Villa Montmatre.
I can not say enough how wonderful the staff was they are all wonderful. The hotel was easy to find and close to the Metro. They stocked our apt with milk, juice, soda, fruit, and various other items. There are a lot of cafes and stores in the area.
Very friendly and helpful staff.Located in a colourful area, very near Sacré coeur. Eggs, milk etc. were provided, so we could arrange for our own breakfast and a snack in the evening. Supermarket and bakery nearby.Metro station only a few minutes walk.
Very nice hotel! We stayed in an apartment. The apartment was clean, new bedding, with many facilities and ample. Hotel near Sacre Coeur, easy access to 2 metro stations, but Anvers is the best option. I recommend to travel economic. cost-effective!.
Great personnel Clean and fresh hotel Much better than we hoped for.
Small shops nearby, and pretty close to Metro.
We also walked into city and back, even though it took a while.
A ten minutes walk (and lots of stairs :-) ) to Sacre Coeur.
All staff were great. Very attentive. Location close to metro stations. Fridge had essentials for breakfast, which saved us energy to buy on arrival day groceries. It was really a home away from home. Staff also helped us with luggage.
Really love the view from our room on the 6th floor. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. The staff who checked us in and out was really helpful and friendly. Our room had a small kitchenette area. Really love our super cozy room.
The hotel is new. Rooms very clean and confortable, a bit small but it
is enough to stay some days. They put in the fridge drinks, juice,
eggs, butter and mermelade, also some fruit on the table and all
completed free.
The rooms are huge by Paris standards; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the staff was very friendly; check-in and check-out were very fast.
The location is excellent, as close as it gets from Sacre Coeur.
rooms spacious always excellent welcome pack with all essentials and extras such as fresh fruit. spare bedlinen also helpful staff location excellent metro close and montmartre area interesting not tacky tourist.
lovely apartments. convenient location, next to a wonderful restaurant with Italian cuisine. Administrator and staff - excellent and attentive people. The apartment has everything you need (except hair dryer).
There were lovely apartments. Very clean and we were provided with an excellent food welcome pack on arrival.
The location was great for exploring Montmartre and was near shops and restaurants.
Great hotel. Good location, excellent staff, friendly, helpfull. Very quiet place, you don't hear street at night even if there are quite a lot of peaple there. Strongly reccomended.
Excellent setup with kitchen and living area and separate bath room and bedroom. One day laundry service just down the road for E8.50 for a load. Great local shops to buy provisions.
Staff were very courteous & helpful. Self contained Kitchen, Block-
out curtains for a sleep in. Free Wi Fi & complimentary drinks in
common area. Access to public transport.
Very friendly staff, we stayed in a superb studio room which was very comfortable.
The room included lots of complimentary food and drink which was a nice touch.
Great location!.
The location was fantastic for access to Montmartre where we had a

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean and
comfortable, and the stocked fridge was terrific. Overall a wonderful
place to stay if you go to Paris.
The staff were very helpful and the apartment was large, modern and very well equipped. Fruit, coffee and tea as well as milk and juice were all provided when we arrived.
The multilingual international staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly.
The fridge and kitchen cabinets had enough food for breakfast and dinner, all inclusive.
Staffs and the owners are very helpful and kind.
Room is nice and clean, well designed
Fruits are complimentary upon arrival
Great view, 5min walk to metro station.
It was great sized apartment for the money and we loved the fact that food was supplied. We arrived late and the staff were still there and very helpful.
Awesome location for those using the train, close to Gare Du Nord/Metro. Huge rooms with nice bars/restaurants right next to it. Staff was very helpful.
Attendents are very helpful and polite. Very convenient to both subway. I don't feel any uncomfortable on subway 4 station as some other guests commented.
The room was perfect, spacious, comfortable & what was in the room was all free of charge, allowing us to prepare the breakfast there. It was great!.
Staff was nice and friendly. The place was clean, spacious, modern, and super comfortable. Conveniently located next to the Chateau Rouge metro stop.
Very friendly staff, nice spacy appartment, very clean, view of the sacre coeur, food in the fridge, 2 supermarkets and bakkeries closeby.
Very friendly staff. Helpful and answered all questions. A lovely appartment to go back 'home' to after a busy day in Paris. Excellent.
Big room for price (especially for Paris); near Sacre Coeur; excellent
staff; food and drinks in room for our consumption free of charge.
everything , especially nice and helpful staff, lovely view on Sacre coeur, nice surprise like a fridge full od food for first days.
The staff very frendly and helpful very nice place in a good location only which I would have been 20 years younger
Clarence.
Just a tiny Winny thing: in order not to disturb the neighbours, should put some "caoutchouc" under the chairs legs :).
The only problem is that you don't feel very safe to walk from the metro station to the hotel if you come home late at night. The road the hotel is situated is very safe though, because there are about three bars full of people untill 2.00-3.00 in the morning, next to and opposite the hotel. The latter might be a problem if you want to sleep with the windows open or if you are a very light sleeper, but it surely wasn't a problem for us.
I would avoid the nearest Metro station (Chateu Rouges) and use Barbes Rochechouart if poss as it is much safer. The villa did get very hot (due to the 30degree+ temperatures in Paris) and we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. As a result of this we did find it difficult to sleep but on the plus side you really did get the feel of being in a big city :).
As an older couple we would have appreciated brighter and more extensive lighting. A desk light would be easy to provide, and useful. As there is a dishwasher a few more knives and forks would allow it to be used more economically.
The location is quite in a loud area at night time. Some equipments in the room are not functional. The lighting and electrical plugs are too few.
Our first time to the hotel we used the Chateau Rouge metro station - please don't use this station. On our subsequent trips during our stay we walked down to Anvers metro which is a much better location.
Wifi not available inside room , so we spent lots of time at reception area.
Nothing to dislike unless you just like to pick for no reason!!.
Rue de Cligancourt was dirty and on the eastern side of the hotel near Chateau Rouge station it didn't feel very safe. I wouldn't have been happy coming back to the hotel late at night this way.
It was a struggle to get any picture on the tv. Though it's not a
big deal when you are in Paris and meant we had more time to chat!
Also the tv connected with my mp3 player so we could watch movies I
had with me.
Elevator is really really small, which can barely hold more than 2 people. Wifi doesn't work at home. In addition, it's little unsafe to walk on the street during the night.
Little noisy at night time but very lively area. I felt very safe
even at night.
I made a mistake in writing down the code for the night entrance.
Everything was great.
It was a bit loud outside at night but not enough to keep you from sleeping.
Little problem .. A small leak which was fixed promptly.
The location not that great. The metro , Chateu Rouge was the only downside of this review.
It is not the center. The lift is very small and sometimes dosn´t work
if more than one person.
Internet / WiFi only available in the lobby.
electric socket under kitchen bench loose very loose on wall.
We were on the fifth floor.
The lighting was not good enough to read a book.
Both afternoons we arrived home to find our room left unlocked by
housekeeper (nothing missing). Would appreciate an English speaking tv
channel & wi fi in room. Power & light switches were bizarre.
Road noise was a little loud, but given the busy central location it wasn't too bad.
nothing, everything was fantastic.
The location was a bit out of the way and near an area we didn't
feel really comfortable in.
The area was a bit seedy and I didn't feel safe to wander around too much at night.
The narrow elevator fits 3 persons max.
Wifi is available only on the ground floor.
Room 103 suffered from street noise and other guests more than 101 (perhaps sound proofing more would help or extra glazing on the windows). The option of twin beds would also have been helpful.
No hairdryer/soap/shampoo, no breakfast (eat at a local café instead!). Free Wifi only available in lobby, not in rooms. Front office not open before 0800.
Wifi was not convenient and only available in the lobby. But the hotel installed new cables and make everywhere accessible.
The neighbourhood is a little scary but nobody bothers you and you are safe but be aware of pickpockets. That applies to the whole of Paris.
Nothing - everything great.
The area is a little bit dodgy, but not dangerous.
noisy street.
Nothing everything good.
