Room was warm and relatively comfortable. Not far from metro, easy walking distance, also from Gare du Nord. It was in a good location, 5-10 mins from Gare du Nord station which gives you access to central Paris.The location. It was cold, only one thin blanket available, a lot of noise at night and early morning. The stairway crpet was filthy, think there was no lift so crrying suitcasees up spirral stairway is difficult (norm for many Parisian hotels though); internet kiosk in lobby not v practical for internet connectivity, does not have qwerty keyboard but better than nothing. alle bewertungen »
The entrance lobby was not a good first impression, the staff were ok, but not overly friendly. The room was very small, but I was glad to have my own bathroom/shower and toilet. We didnt have a plug for the bath so couldnt use it, we didnt bother mentioning it to the staff to be honest. It was small, quite clean, no luxuries but at the letsbookhotel.com price what can you expect.The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked for extra pillows,we were told as they were full no extra pillows were not available. Thisis not service.
