Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Door is locked around 11pm each night for security . On several occasions we were getting back to the hotel at 1am and on another occasion 2.30am and had no problem with gaining access and staff were very polite . The food is amazing in the local area , there are lots of fantastic bars / restaurants and take aways at different budgets . We were not disappointed. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is out of the tourist area but still right by a metro stop so its easy to get around.

Affordable place in Paris. Close to the Metro Clean "Breakfast
included". Breakfast is just a beverage (coffee or Tea) and a
baguette with butter and jam. Pretty slim pickings. If they just add
some juices and some ham/cheese, it would dramatically enhance their
breakfasts. Big, clean bathroom. Friendly staff.

Not a dislike but a warning for those who want a quiet break . This is really lively area and night noise reflects this .
1. Very little space to move in room. Bed+table = room size

Small breakfestroom;smaller than our room, not all guests fit in.Only baguette and butter/jam every day. No juice, no croissants.No reason to pay extra for breakfest.

i remember my village old hous, very small hotel, real score 5.
it would be a lot. bugs in the room, so i couldn-t sleep at night, i had to stay with light on, so they don't come over me. room has 8 sqm, not 12. this means it is very small. all rooms are on the stairs, and stairs make a horrible noise that wakes you up every time. also we said to stuff this are not proper conditions, we were forced to pay two nights, before going to another hotel. you should see pictures. it-s a pity this site doesn-t allow pitures.from turists.
The bed sheets were dirty and there was just one pillow which was also dirty and had some hair on it.We had to sleep dressed because on top of everything it was very cold, there was no heating and there was a vent next to the window that provided us with lots of street noise and draft, it felt like we were sleeping on a bench in the street.So all in all we don't recommend this place to anyone.
