Location, I had purchased a Hop On Off and Boat Pass, Hotel was only 8 min. Walk from one of the stops. Suite was great size for three people, large bath, sitting area, refrigerator,comfortable beds. The view was great from the 7th floor. The three male clerk's were very helpful.
Elevator a bit small, but better then none. Since I speak almost no French, I thought that any Hotel advertising in us internet would have staff with some English language ability, "wrong" I was told by the woman who checked us in that she speaks no English. Asked about parking, which I was told per E-Mail, 15 Euro, was sent to Garage, 32 Euro by same female clerk. I would still recommend Hotel, except if you drive, expect to pay 32 Euro'S.
As an academic I have attended conferences all over Europe and beyond. I always book 3 star hotels, as I prefer the personal touch which I find missing in 4 or 5 star places. The 3 star hotels near the congress venues (the Odeon and Paris Diderot University) were all booked, so I went for this one - and I am so glad I did! All that was promised was delivered - a spotlessly clean and very welcoming double room single occupancy, bathroom ensuite, very comfortable bed, crisp linen, towels changed regularly, personally controlled airconditioning, free continuous wifi, lift service, open 24/7, wonderfully friendly staff who solved anything that came their way with a real and genuine smile, discrete guests and so a perfectly quiet ambience, tv (which I never use anyway...), restaurants and shops around it... and 6 minutes on foot away from the Metro, meaning it is minutes away from everywhere. By the way - the reason I didn't opt for breakfast is that I love the feel of pavement cafes. I would give this hotel full marks and I will surely go back to it, without looking for alternatives.

We paid a bit extra for the 7th floor suite, well worth it, the staff were extremely helpful & the rooms serviced every day.breakfast was typical French but filling. Only 4.5 ks from the Eiffel Tower & the same from the louvre. Probably one of the cheapest hotels in Paris.
Very picky I know , but 9.5 euros for bread rolls & coffee is a bit steep. You would be much better going over the road to the local supermarket & stocking up.
