The hotel's location couldn't be better; the staff was so helpful and informative; cleanliness and comfort; kettle in the room was an extra asset; internet was excellent at all times; great value for money. Couldn't have made a better choice.

walking distance to Basilica and eating places and shops. Very quick checkout and calls for taxis. Friendly receptions and breakfast staffs.

helpful and friendly Staff, Good location as 5 minute walk from Lourdes sanctuary (especially if you walk through Accueil) and in a less busier road, nice specious and comfortable rooms, powerful shower and all in all very good. Also checkout the Artisian ice cream shop across the bridge and the italian caffe in Rue Sainte-Marie.

I stayed here with my mum at the end of Sept. Location very close to the Grotto, ideal for shops and restaurants. Staff at hotel where very friendly and when asked for extra pillows and tea and coffee making facilities where very accommodating. I would like to pick out Amy-lee who was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us during our 3 day trip, as well as booking an early morning taxi for out return trip.
The hotel was new. Bathroom was spacious. Stayed at room 602 which had a large balcony,
The a/c was not working so the room felt stuffy when we had to close the windows because the rain was coming in.
I found out that Lourdes is the second city in France in number of offered beds, just after Paris. And of all this choice, this is a perfect hotel to be on a visit to Lourdes. Near everything, yet quiet, great welcoming staff, and you get a hand to find a spot for your car. Clean rooms and fast free WiFi, outstanding staff. If you want to dine out, ask for a place and you will be provided with an excellent choice. If you are driving, forget the GPS, they keep changing one way streets and it cannot figure out how to get you to the right place. Get a google map print out of the streets and probably it would help you get to the hotel, which actually is very easy if you can see the big picture.

The hotel is situated on a hill and I have a mobility problem and found it a bit difficult walking up and down the hills.

Clean, modern, quiet and really close to the Lourdes Marial sanctuary and grotto. Moreover, the personnel are very kind and welcoming, giving a personal touch to this busy hotel. For just 7 euros, breakfast is generous, and is partly served at table.
the continental breakfasts were very good, we can ate as much as we can , all the staff were very friendly & smilling, we were allowed to check in at 11 a.m.we highly recommend this comfortable hotel.

The hotel staff were all extremely polite and always more than happy to help, especially Emilie at reception who always with a big smile on her face helped with every question we had. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent with very easy access to the sanctuaries and the centre. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our stay. It contributed to making our trip to Lourdes memorable in every respect.

On a pilgrimage. Very close proximity to the Lourdes Sanctuary. The staff is nice and friendly. The rooms small but it is really all you need. There is so much to see and do in this small city of a GEM. My next trip, I'm definitely staying here.

We had a real problem finding the hotel. Sat Nav normally works perfectly for us in Europe but in this case we understand that the one way system is regularly changed. We spent a long time time driving round Lourdes before finding the hotel. Clealy this confusion adds to congestion so the Town Council need to sort. How about a 'park and ride' scheme?
I liked everything. The staff was great, helpful in all ways. The accomadations were clean and very nice; everything you need. The location was A+! So near the Shrine!!

We arrived at around 7.30 and we thought we would have to wait till 12.00 to get our rooms. But at 8.00 they already give us without any additional charge.
Everything was perfect! :) My score for the Helgon Hotel is 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back again and again.

Excellant location, only 10mins max (slow walk) to the sanctuary, thus, providing a tinge of quietness. Its near but not too near like just opposite the sanctuary kinda near. Excellant service from all reception staffs. Very helpful. Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them. Very good and pleasant experience while at Helgon Hotel. Will def make Helgon my choice of hotel should i visit Lourdes again.
It will good to have Do not disturb or Make-up room tags to be placed on the door.

Noisy outside from garbage trucks and servicemen, so windows need to be double gazed. Breakfast not worth the money - extremely basic and we were asked if we pre-booked it even though there was hardly any other patrons there!
Mainly, location and FAST, FREE wi-fi connection all areas of the hotel and bedroom. Clean, but would appreciate more towels coz the bath towel is very tiny.....
Not much. Would be nice if they provided milk daily as they have coffee/tea making facilities, but no small fridge to put the milk that we buy, coz shops doesn't sell small tetra pack or bottle of milk....
