Hotels in der Nähe von Toulouse National Theatre

For a very reasonable price (55 euros a night) I spent 4 peaceful nights at hotel wilson square. The hotel is close to the centre of Toulouse and 3 minutes by walking distance from the J.Jaures avenue (where you can catch the airport bus and the metro). The hotel has its own soul and the rooms were well cleaned every day. And, most important, the "personnel" at the entrance desk and at the breakfast buffet were very kind and obliging. I visit Toulouse about once a year, and I have come to appreciate this hotel. It's a quick walk to the center of town, and a reasonable walk to the train station. There's lots of underground parking under the main drag in front of the hotel (but remember where you park; it's a maze.) The hotel has about 50 rooms, and they are typically Euro-small. I wish to heck they would put shower curtains on the tubs, but otherwise the rooms are fine. There's some sort of Internet access in the rooms, but - Kevin

We stayed at Hotel de France a few years ago and returned because of its great value. The location is fantastic and we were happily surprised to find free wi-fi and some new insulated windows. Wi-fi worked perfect in the lobby and even in our room. The staff is quite friendly and welcoming. We will be back! - Bernard

I stayed at the Heliot for one night only. The place has a lot of charm, with an odd mixture of hi-tech fingerprint front door lock, old squeaking spiral stairs, old-style rooms (cannot be much less than 4 meters to the ceiling) refurbished with new paint and furniture much more modern than the style of the room itself. In the fresh bathroom, the plumbers had switched the pipes for the shower, so to get warm water you had to turn the knob to cold: I find this kind of gets the essence of the plac - Konara

Stayed a Fri and Sat night at the end of November 08. Got a nightly room only rate of €105 for a twin room on the hotel's website which was the cheapest I could find. Initially I was a bit concerned on arrival as some of the rooms weren't ready even though this was at 230pm (check-in was form 2pm) They explained that the rooms were made up as doubles by mistake. Anyway, a few complimentary drinks in the bar while we were waiting did the trick. The lobby is bright and luxurious and very clean. C - Helen
