Great central location 5 mins walk from L'Opera in very quiet side-street off busy boulevard.   I like the room which i stayed, is a garreteer at 6th floor, single bed. It has a long window and is very clean, feels like a home. Eventhough the toilet n bathroom are shared, but to my surprise, it's very clean. Breakfast is simple, but more than enough, i think is quick good. He brightened my Paris trip! I will stay here again if i'm going - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when coming back to Paris.

Pretty room with a nice wooden beam feature from the original building, in a quiet area with a window which opens out into a splendid courtyard below.
