  The staff very accomadating, friendly and helpful. The location was within minutes of shopping on Faubourg St Honore and other streets in the area. Easy access for siteseeing etc. within walking distance or a subway ride. The linen was excellant and the bed had a very comfortable mattress. It was a very clean updated room, maximized the space ... was die leute sagen » well as the room was on the small size but it realy did not make a difference as we only slept in it. - the hotel is lovely, staff is best ever, friendly, they smile, l& the help you in anything, love them, room is super nice, but its small ,very modern & nice. breakfast is very nice. we had a very nice experience there & we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the best staff ever xxx

  I am stay in Paris every year in Sept for an exhibition. This time was first time when booking an apartment and it was great idea. The location is great , very close to Metro and grand magasins. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and fully equipped. Although furniture is basic is very French. Really nothing to complain .   The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time.   The location is very good. Near many groceries stores, restaurants, subway station, etc. The apartment is well equipped, spacious with simple furniture but confortable for few days. The neighborhood is very safe and nice. Also it has the best way to the Eiffel Tower, via Trocadero. Perfect for 4 people. The telephone facility to call other countries at free of cost is very convenient aspect for people like us who came from us and other countries to visit Paris to be able to be in touch with families. Extra towels and sheets are very useful. The location is very central to most of the attractions and metro stations.
