  This is a delightful older hotel with nice room, showers that work perfectly and a wonderful attached restaurant featuring a wood-fired grill and very reasonable prices. The hotel and resto overlook a private park by the side of the river. The hotel was quiet, the beds very comfortable. This is a truly nice place. Beautifully presented and Victoria made us very welcome in their charming lounge with a tray of tea and lemon cake. Our room the Juniper, was lovely with views over the garden and every aspect had been well thought out, good quality furniture, fittings and bedding. The shared bathroom was finished to a high standard. The dinning room was beautifully presented and the breakfast was lovely.
