If you want service (we didn't) then don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure, convenient and good value.

The room we stayed in for 3 nights was charming- fabulous original art on the walls- and the kitchen-in a -cupboard was wonderfully well equipped. The shower was large and easy to use. The host was absolutely charming. In our room there were a couple of columns from the original monastery, which just added to the charm of the ambience. This place is a real gem!
