The room was cosy, clean and had all facilities that were required. The Ibis airport was a perfect location to stay in Paris because its a lot cheaper and value for money than staying in Paris centre.....which was so overpriced for terrible rooms! Right outside the hotel is the RER which has a direct train line to Paris centre. It was perfect for us to catch the trains around Paris especially from the airport hotel. We stayed here on our last trip to Paris in 2007 and remembered it favorably. We came back - that may say it all.
This time we were returning from a cruise; previously we had been touring France in a rent car.

I stayed there for one night, between a TGV train and early morning flight. I got a very discounted rate (38euros), and so was prepared to put up with almost anything. The hotel buses are on the 5th floor at CDG--take the RED and YELLOW bus for this hotel. The signs are not well marked. The hotel is the second stop, travel time around 15 minutes.

First of all - the staff: smiling, very nice and helpful!
I arrived late (around 11.30 PM) and I was hungry. Despite the closure of the nearby Campanile restaurant, they served me a full meal! Same for breakfast - I had to leave very early (before 6.00 AM - opening breakfast at Première Classe), they suggest me to take the breakfast a the nearby Campanile (starts at 5:00).
The hotel is 10 minutes by shuttle from the airport! Very simple and fast!

travel luggage it made it easier to move and organize for our trip home.

Very convenient to the CDG airport with free shuttle to the airport train system for access to all terminals. Staff was friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English. We needed somewhere close to the airport for a very early morning departure. This was ideal and the planes weren't noisy at all if the windows were closed. No problem as the rooms airconditioned. Apartment style living all self contained but serviced by hotel staff if needed. Good for families, couples or groups of people. A bit far out from city but buses run. Small village few shops, good restaurants.

Before booking I read the reviews online, so was prepared for the best
and worst. I was pleasantly surprised as the breakfast of 5 euros each
was actually good value especially when compared with local eateries
around the area, and we were converting from rands. Our 12 yr old son is
wheelchair bound so the room was a bit tight getting him in but as it
