Comfortable room, very clean, reasonable breakfast, away from the main street and tram rails but still close to the city centre. We have a room with a view on Vltava river.

Easy access by Car in the edge of the old town. Great for people who like to walk, The old town is large. The Prague castle is a good hike but not that far away. There is so much to see in between the hotel and the castle.
This was easily the best combination of luxury and value I have ever experienced in many trips to Europe. The staff is top-notch, the rooms well-appointed and spacious. Comfortable, secure, and friendly. I'll definitely return.

Room 906 very strange shower arrangement which wet the floor terribly. When I mopped floor with towels the floor was very dirty. I'm sure this was an oversight as the rest if the hotel was very clean. But shower arrangement needs attention.
The staff was friendly and very kind. The hotel was clean, the room spacious and with a wonderful river view. The breakfast was copious, with a great choice in a sweet and savoury buffet. Wonderful position, approx. 10 minutes walking from the Old Jewish Cemetery and the Old-New Synagogue, 10/15 minutes from Old Town Square (astronomical clock) and 20 minutes from Charles bridge, Kampa island and St. Nicholas Church (Malá Strana). I strictly recommend this hotel
The friendlieness of the staff especially Veronika on our arrival at the Hotel Clement. Our Room was very good with our little balcony. Breakfast was amazing, and the jug of cold water as you entered back into the hotel was just what you neededafter bing outside in the 36 deg heat. Very handy to good eating establishments.

The Manager, Peter, attended to our initial complaint of our room smelling of cigarettes, by moving us into another room and provided complimentary bottles of water and fresh fruit platter, thank you. Nicely appointed hotel, very comfortable beds, good location for touring Prague. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
Shower rose should have been at the end of the bath not in the middle and should have been higher. Laundry prices quite high, there appeared no separate pricing for laundry versus dry cleaning. A guest laundry would have been good. Would also have been nice to have a choice of standard pillows as well as the European, but this was a very minor matter

the price for drop to the airport was 690local money, but when reach airport the driver ask 1000, this was i dont like. As the driver was nice and kind, so i dont mind to pay him this money, and on the way morning i was getting late for my next flight..

Very friendly and VERY helpfull staff. :) Nice and clean rooms. Great location, within walking distance of all the sights and close access to metro, trams etc. Quiet area, with lots of restaurants and bars. Only A+ from here.
Bad pillows :( But that was really a minor thing, everything else was superb.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The room is also very nice and clean. It has tea/coffee making facilities, TV, strong free WiFi. Bathroom is clean and modern. The hot shower work very well.
Breakfast is fine but could be better with more varieties.
