A little outside the centre but with trams right outside the travelling is easy and cheap. I've heard that it's one of the best hotels in Ostrava at a reasonable price. Parking is charged extra. Staff was helpful and let us check out late. WIFI was good. No aircon, but not much of a problem. I would stay again.
