It was kind of difficult to find the entrance of the building. Short blanket - I cant sleep well when blankets are short - and there were no extra blankets to remedy this Windows do not insulate perfectly, so if the bed is close to the window, it can cause some slight air currant The bar underneath the hotel causes considerable noise till 2-3 AM in the morning. Parking can be an issue

The staff were very helpful. We checked in early and they didn't mind. They also let us store our luggage when we wanted to check out late. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town. the room was clean and the bathroom was quite big.
The kitchen is just a sink, fridge and a kettle. You cant cook anything, but we didn't mind because there was a food and wine market/festival less than a minute away. Also the lift is a bit useless. It stops between floors, so you still have to drag your bags up stairs.

The localization on the Old Town, just 50 m far away from the main square. Although the guesthouse shares the wall with one of the most popular bars in Brno, it was very quiet. The hotel offers free of charge parking just infront of the building. The staff is smiled and easy going.
There was no TV in the room, but who needs it, when the Old Town offers so many attractions? :)

Relatively quiet considering it was right in the center; refrigerator in room; elevator; proximity to public transportation, helpful staff.
Room a bit small, some window frames need replacing.
The staff were extremely flexible when they realised I had booked a non-refundable room on the wrong dates by sheer error and put it right for us so we were not out of pocket. Good range of breakfast items in the room so you had flexibility of time to have your breakfast at leisure.

Rooms are quite small and so are the beds. Its a good hotel to stay for a couple of days tops. More than that will be very uncomfortable

Stairs may present elderly with problem, there is a lift from 1st floor. No aircond so summer nights stuffy. Noisy from street side on front.

My room was fairly big and there were also cooking facilities in the room so I cooked my own dinner. In the morning, you don't have to go to a breakfast room, the fresh bread is delivered to you at 7 am and you can have your breakfast conveniently in your own room while reading your emails (thanks to a good quality free wifi:-)
The staff is there only until 7 pm. If you go for a walk in the evening and forget to take your keys then you can't get back to our room/house...
It was very close to the city center and the room was spacious.
The sheets were not that clean, the toilet was dirty.
The location was in the centre of Brno Felt very safe with the 3 locks to get into my room Fresh bread on the door each morning and cheese and ham in fridge each day was a bonus

A few problems with leaking showers. Breakfast arrangements are a bit strange. More things appeared of the things we did not eat but the things consumed were not replaced also not enough tea or coffee and no milk. Also short of cutlery.
The staff speak very good English, they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always fresh and ready, the room is so clean and nice and the location is just perfect!
The lift just reaches the middle floors, so with heavy luggage it's a bit inconvenient to use the stairs.

the neighborhood is quite noisy at night. lot of drunken people wander around along the street at very late time. Just don't go back to the hotel too late, for your safety.

Initially the 3 keys (front door, floor access, room) were confusing, but once you orientate yourself this is not a problem at all. Very comfortable and great location.
The only downside is the noise from the street well into the wee hours.
British hordes of screaming drunks kicking throughout the night in the doors. In the evening, at midnight and in the morning.
The receptionist was very helpful and spoke great English to help with all our queries.
Loved having a kitchen and breakfast delivered to the room.
It wasn't well stocked. No iron and hardly any cooking or cleaning or utensils in the kitchen - made it kind of unusable. There were two plates, two mugs, a pan, and forks and knives (the basics) - but no real knives, cutting boards, etc. let alone sponges and soap or paper towels to clean up with.
We got even more than expected for our money. Location is perfect (one minute walk from city center). Rooms are clean and cozy, with modern interior. Staff and service are amazing. First we got room with separated beds but they found a double bed room for us without a problem. And of course free breakfast in your room and fresh bread every morning are definitely highlight and a surprise. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Very central location. The old town isn't that big, everywhere is within walking distance. Although it was Friday night, the noise was reasonable.
Breakfast were awfu, would rather go to a cafe nearby. Room wasn't that spacious.

Liquid soap was holder was not there in the bathroom and we had go ask the hotel staff to provide soap gel.

It is really the low budget hotel. They had no parking available, so we parked on the street and our car was demaged probably by some nice people returning from bar at night. We will never come back.
Location is very good. It is just around the corner from the main square.
Tiny room with no tv or telephone. Check in was till 7 p.m. (!)And concierge was anxious to leave this place. There was no breakfast, just some items in a freezer. There is just one(!) parking space and need to be reserved in advance. It is more like a hostel.

Not knowing that night bar is located downstairs, and many more around, loud music till 11.30 pm, vibrate thru the building and latter loud drunks leaving premises and screaming in the street below. Beds are to short, little kitchen and stow with absolutely no pots or utensils, lights in a celling are mostly missing, no chance for you to read at night, remember there is no tv, breakfast is below average, hallways are to dark and dingy.
