  Apartment owners are woderfull and charming people, ready to help in everything we needed. When we bought fresh fish (directly from the boat in the closest marina!!) to grill it they even cleaned and prepared for cooking fresh fish on behalf of us!!! (owners proposed this by themselves, we were even not thinking to ask for this kind of assistance... was die leute sagen » !!). Fish from the grill (available for all guests) was marvelous!!! (we didn't need to have even charcoal for grill - everything was provided by owne - It was a wonderful travel, because we stayed in apartment Parac, we were met by Maria. She is a very kind and smiling woman. She is a hostess of apartment Parac. Maria and her husband help you and answer on any question. Some words about apartment, we had 2 bed rooms apartment with kitchen and balcony. It was very clean, we had everything for prepare any dishes, you can change bed linen and towels when you need.   Die Vermieter der Ferienwohnung waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren jederzeit für uns da und haben uns super Tipps über den Ort & Umgebung gegeben.   When we arrived at the apartment the owner was waiting for us and was very friendly with very good English. He told us that he had upgraded us to a double room with a private ensuite (we have booked a double with shared bathroom) so this was a nice surprise. We chose to book again for later in our trip when we returned to Zadar after island hopping and - Great Location, exellent host. Room is very nice and clean. The bathroom is ok, for more hot water is needed to turn on the boiler. The internet is free, little slow, but it works. Everything is very close, about 5 min of walk. Absolutely recommended. Great acomodation for that price!

I had six people in my group and we where all very comfortable in the 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and nice. The apartment was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean and about 20 minutes to the borik marina. The owners where fanatastic. even after we surprised them with an extra person coming along. They told us about a really good restaurant and where very friendly and helpful.

We went by car- about 5 minutes from the centre and parked it on the other side of the bridge that lead to the old city. About 4 minutes walking. Parking was ok and cheap. The city is fantastic.   We thought Deniz and his wife were very nice. Good attitude and keen to be doing well. Asked all the time if everything was ok, and was available at all times. Great service and very nice to be able to be picked up at the airport. Great that you can borrow bicycles. We had wonderful full days of cycling. Close to bus and easy to get around. We recommend it warmly, and we will return. :-) Marzena an - We had a two bedroom apartment with a terrace overlooking a lovely garden area.The kitchen was in pristine condition and the apartment was very clean. The sea and beach area was only just over the road and the regular bus service into Zadar old town was only 150m down the road. The owner organised a tour to Plitvicka Lakes which is a 'must' visit if you are staying in this area.
