  Very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all your needs. Very clean, good conditions and excellent value for money. Simple but modern furniture. Futuristic bathroom equipment and includes a hairdryer. Excellent breakfast for €6 in a nearby hotel managed by the owner of the villa. A great place to stay in your vacation - I did not check the beach... was die leute sagen » but the Zadar town is worth a visit and especially do not miss a visit to the Plitvice Lakes. - The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

  Bei Kiko wird man schnell zum Stammgast, alles passt, Kiko (Chef des Hauses) kümmert sich persönlich um jeden Gast, immer ein nettes Wort, immer da, Küche durch Leitung von Gattin excellent. Zimmer hübsch und sehr sauber, man fühlt sich als Gast mit Familienanschluss. Viele Stammgäste, nettes Publikum. Tip: einfach selbst mal ausprobieren. - Martina, the proprietor was incredibly helpful. Her family has lived in the immediate area for generations so she is very knowledgeable...hiking times, groceries, etc. The location can't be beat right on the beach and near the national park. We also thought the food was a highlight. We've been in the region for 4 weeks so we know Dalmation food. We loved Kiko's dinners so much we ate there every night. Try the seafood platter for 2. Delicious ("oo koo snow" in Croatian.) - Great location to access Paklenica National Park. Modern, clean, tidy, stylish family run hotel. Lovely relaxing atmostphere, romantic outook from our balcony room. Option to swim right in front of the hotel. Fabulous food including fresh fish cooked outside on a purpose built brick oven with hotplate. Hotel owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The best hotel we stayed in in the entire two week touring trip of Croatia

  DAs Zimmer war sehr schön ebenso wie die LAge. Die Hotelleitein war sehr freundlich - Es ist kein Hotel im üblichen Sinne, sondern mehr eine Ferienwohnung.Länger als eine Woche möchte ich nicht in dem doch recht kompakten Raum wohnen.Die Lage ist sehr schön, wenn auch recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt.   We loved everything about this hotel. We had a two bed appartment with a lovely patio and sea view. Breakfast was very good. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. To get to town was a 10 min walk to a pier then we were ferried across the harbour in a row boat for a couple of euros ( for all 5 Of us) - Nice clean swimming pool, with beach tow... was die leute sagen » els available. Good restaurant a few metres down the road. Very close to Zadar old town. The staff were very helpful, particularly in booking us a taxi to the airport and letting us go in the pool before our room was ready when we arrived early.
