Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had an excellent stay in Apartment 72. We were given a lovely welcome with lots of great tips of how to spend our short stay in Zadar. The arpartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed, and it was close to everything all the shops, cafés and bars. The owner was very nice too, very friendly and helpfull, he also introduce us to all his staff, they were great too. We felt very welcomed at the place. The owner had a bar under the arpartment, which was nice to hang out in the night, and we couldn't hear noise from the bar when we were in our apartment.

The apartment was awesome. I had six people in my group and we where all very comfortable in the 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and nice. The apartment was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean and about 20 minutes to the borik marina.
The owners where fanatastic. even after we surprised them with an extra person coming along. They told us about a really good restaurant and where very friendly and helpful.

Sehr, sehr netter Hausherr. Tolles Haus mit eigenem Parkplatz. Das Appartement war einfach traumhaft und hatte alles, was man nur brauchen kann. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Schritte und in die Stadt auch nur 8 Minuten. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall noch mal hin!!! -

The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.

We have stayed here before and it is always excellent. Maria and Marina are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, it has a good restaurant and is only a few metres from a small beach and a lovely small harbour. The room was a decent size with air conditioning and a balcony and as always very clean and comfortable.
We arrived by motorcycle and there was plenty of space for private parking.
